Healthy Start Initiatives
Healthy Start Initiatives are the beginning or introductory steps toward meeting a known need in the community or an attempt to validate a perceived need in the community. All Healthy Start Initiatives are based around the Healthy Start Mission of improving the infant mortality rate in Hillsborough County .
