The Community Oversight and Governance (COG) Committee has the following responsibilities:

• Provides quality assurance over Coalition external contracts, this includes both programmatic and fiscal monitoring.
• Evaluation of quarterly progress reports
• Annual site visits on each contract
• Regular reports back to the Plan Development Committee and Board of Directors, including recommended amendments and/or adjustments to contracts.
