• Monitoring and review of system issues affecting the care coordination system and MCH system.
• Development of the next service delivery plan.
• Internal monitoring of the current service delivery plan implementation, including oversight of other committees responsible for developing and implementing plan components, including review of committee reports and approval of committee recommendations.
• Development of recommendations for the allocation of state and federal dollars to plan components
• Oversight regarding the continuing needs assessment process and selection/update of targeted areas.
• Oversight regarding Coalition strategic planning activities.
• Linkage with other projects that intersect with the Healthy Start Care Coordination System.

Membership on this committee is reserved for representatives from area planning and funding agencies, agencies that represent systems that intersect with Healthy Start and at-large membership from the Board of Directors and/or Voting Membership.

The Plan Development Committee meets the 4th Thursday of each month at 12:00 noon at the Coalition offices.
