Our Adolescent & Teen Health Program partners with healthcare providers, youth-serving organizations, and community agencies to improve access to youth-friendly health services and community resources for teens and young adults. Through Teen Connect Tampa Bay, youth, families, and providers can access a searchable resource directory, educational content, peer navigation support, and connections to low or no cost services tailored to individual needs.

 

The program also convenes and supports multiple community coalitions and initiatives — including the Adolescent Health Advisory Board, Hillsborough Healthy Teen Network, and Tampa Bay Reproductive Well-Being Collaborative — to strengthen partnerships, increase provider and community capacity, elevate youth voice, and improve systems coordination across the Tampa Bay region.
